Reverse Osmosis Warranty


Pure Water Products Black & White RO Series

Pure Water Products will repair or replace any part that fails for any reason on our Black & White Series reverse osmosis units for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes only the replaceable filter cartridges, whose lifespan varies according to water conditions. Under normal conditions, filter cartridges should be replaced annually. Cartridge replacement is at the owner's expense.

Warranty on pumps and other accessory items that are not part of the unit itself is limited to the manufacturer's warranty. We will accept returns on such items and replace them immediately from our stock.

For out of town customers, Pure Water Product will pay all shipping charges for parts or units that are replaced.

For local customers (customers within our service area), during the the one-year warranty period we will provide routine annual maintenance and filter replacement for the regular price of the filter cartridges only. No charge will be made for labor during the warranty period. After the one-year warranty period, a nominal service charge for labor may be imposed. We also offer an annual payment or “maintenance agreement” plan for local customers after the one-year warranty.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any kind.
