Countertop Water Filter Replacement Parts

Parts for all standard countertop water filters, including spouts, diverter valves, spout and tube elbows, o-rings, tubing, faucet adapters, and more.

The countertop filter parts on this page are the parts used on our world famous, often imitated but never equaled Model 77 Countertop, "the world's greatest $77 water filter." The spouts, diverter valves, and tube and spout connecting elbows are all American-made by our favorite small parts maker, QMP of California. The housings are also the standards for Model 77, but they can substitute for any standard-sized filter housing.

Tube connections are made with compression fittings, so it's easy to replace parts on your current unit, even if the tube connections on your non-Model 77 countertop are made with clamps or barbed fittings. Just cut the tube and our part screws on easily.

This standard Model 77 countertop filter consists of A) a Standard Stainless Steel Spout, B) the "King" Style countertop housing, C) a Spout Elbow (attaches the spout to the housing), D) a Tube Elbow (attaches the tube to the housing), E) 3 feet of Countertop Tubing, and E) a standard QMP compression-attached Diverter Valve.

The parts on this page are for sale only to those who foolishly bought a countertop filter that isn't a Model 77. That's because replacement parts for Model 77 are free to owners of our authentic Model 77 units, which have a lifetime parts guarantee (with only the filter cartridges excluded).

Filter Housings

Replacement Housings. In addition to the "King," in the top picture, we have A) the Continental and B) the Clear Housing. Both use standard 9.75" X 2.5" cartridges. Housing C) the slimline, uses screw-in candle style cartridges (Doulton candles, for example).

FH006 White Housing (No ribs, “Continental Style”) (A, above). Uses standard 9.75" X 2.5" cartridges. It will accept any cartridge on this page. A clean, attractive housing, easy to open and service. This rib-free housing is a bit less expensive because you don't get any ribs. We do not recommend it for undersink use. $20.00

To install parts on your countertop filter with 1/4" tubing, simply cut the tube squarely, back the nut from the fitting onto your tube, work the end of the tube over the barb, and screw on the nut. You have a tight compression fitting that won't leak. No tools needed except scissors to cut the tube.

CP502 Diverter Valve, standard, with 1/4" compression fittings. This is an easy-action top quality valve, made for years of service. Tip: The best way to free a sticking diverter valve is remove it from the faucet and drop two or three drops of vegetable oil into the small hole where the water enters the valve. This simple maintenance procedure can add years of life to the valve. Try this before you order a new diverter valve. $14.00
CP501 Diverter Valve, return-style, with one 1/4" compression fitting and one 1/4" barbed tube connector. This is the valve used on "return" style units which have no dispensing spout. Water enters the valve, passes through the filter, and returns to the valve from which it is dispensed into your container. This is the replacement diverter for our Multipure VOC countertops. $17.00
CP010 Long Reach Spout, stainless steel, with tip, and double o-ring connection. The long-reach spout reaches further over the sink than the standard spout, making it easier to fill bottles and cooking vessels. The double o-ring connector simply pushes into the spout elbow. This is the spout in the second picture on the page. $9.00
CP001 Standard Spout, stainless steel, with tip, and double o-ring connection. The double o-ring connector simply pushes into the spout elbow. This style spout is often called a "goose neck" spout. This is the spout in the top picture on the page. $9.00
CP003 Spout Elbow. Connects the spout to the filter housing. The double o-ring spout simply pushes into the spout elbow. $7.00
CP002 Tube Elbow. Connects the inlet tube of the unit to the housing with a simple compression fitting. No tools needed for installation. $7.00
TB003 Countertop Standard White Tubing; sold by the foot. Strong but very flexible vinyl tubing, for countertop use only. Not designed for high pressure use or use with quick-connect fittings. Three feet is plenty for most countertop filters. $0.75
OR001 O-rings for Standard Housings. The o-ring fits the King, Continental, and Clear Housings above, as well as most other countertop housings that use 9.75" X 2.5" cartridges. $2.00

CP004 Faucet Adapter. Standard two pack of metal adapters for male threaded faucets. Sizes included are 13/16" X 27 thread and 15/16" X 27 thread. Most faucets end in a male thread. This pack adapts the two most common sizes of male thread faucets to a standard diverter valve. We also stock female adapters (adapters for faucets with female threads), and you're welcome to call for information. However, it's often easiest to go to a good hardware store. $8.00
CP008 Nipple, 1/4" with O-rings. (Joins double filters, or can be used to create your own double filter from a single filter and an extra housing.) This is a high quality QMP nipple with o-ring seals. $3.00
