Advanced Water Products™ Easy-Off Filter Housings

Each housing comes with a pre-installed bottom drain that can be opened with a screwdriver (pictured, left). And housing caps are tapped for easy addition of a pressure gauge (pictured, right)

Viqua's Advanced Water Products™ high flow filter housings make cartridge changes easy with their unique lock-ring design—just unthread the ring and the sump slides off.

And unlike standard sump-cap designs, o-rings on these Easy-Off housings are never pinched by twisting the sump to close the housing. This makes the housings virtually leak-proof.

Housings come with a wrench, bracket and mounting screws—everything you need except the filter cartridge.

Important Note: Easy-Off housings don't work with axial flow filters (for instance, our hard-shelled granular/media filters). This is due to two centering posts built into the cap and sump that require cartridges with two open ends, like those on carbon blocks, sediment filters and other radial-flow cartridges.
